Our " Manukhta Di Sewa Sab Ton Waddi Sewa " family is organising a free medical camp for mentally sick patients on 02 Aug 2022(Tuesday). People who cannot afford mental treatment for their family members are welcome.
Instructions for Camp Entry
- People must reach before 8 AM.
New Patient instructions for Camp Entry
- Entry number(Registration number) is must for entry into camp.
- To get entry number(Registration number) please call at our landline number 01615200071 between 11 AM and 5 PM and provide us details of the patient and get Registration Number.
- Kindly bring ID proof or Adhaar card of patient and guardians as well.
Old Patient Instructions for Camp Entry
- Old Patients must bring registration card.
